1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and cgk22 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the cgk22 website located at cgk22.net and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot titles, fishing games, and all payment and account management functions.

By accessing cgk22.net, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the cgk22 platform and should close your account immediately.

cgk22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. 2 Account Registration

To access the full range of cgk22 services — including placing bets, participating in live casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must register a player account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.

2.1 Single Account Rule

Where cgk22 identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended, any pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and bonus balances will be voided. cgk22 reserves the right to retain funds in suspected duplicate accounts pending investigation.

2.2 Account Accuracy

You are required to keep all account information accurate and up to date at all times. If your contact details, payment method information, or any other registered data changes, you must update your account profile promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

2.4 Account Credentials

Your cgk22 username and password are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted under your account, whether or not you authorised it. cgk22 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any two-factor authentication options available in your account settings.

3 Age Restriction

The cgk22 platform and all of its services are strictly intended for adults aged 18 years and above. It is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to open an account, make a deposit, or place any wager on cgk22. By completing registration, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming in your jurisdiction.

cgk22 takes its obligations in relation to the protection of minors very seriously. As part of our commitment to responsible gaming:

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on cgk22 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cgk22 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not facilitate currency conversion. By depositing funds into your cgk22 account, you confirm that those funds are from a legitimate personal source and are not proceeds of criminal activity.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

To be eligible to withdraw funds from your cgk22 account, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must have passed the required KYC verification checks.
• Any active bonus balance must have met its associated wagering requirements before the corresponding real-money balance may be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, except where cgk22 support has explicitly approved an alternative method in writing.
• Your account must be in good standing with no outstanding breaches of these Terms.

4.4 Anti-Money-Laundering Policy

cgk22 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. We reserve the right to request documentation verifying the source of any funds deposited into a cgk22 account. Where cgk22 has reasonable grounds to suspect that deposited funds are of illicit origin, the account will be suspended and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities. Depositing funds with the intention of withdrawing them without genuine gaming activity is prohibited.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Wagering Requirements

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the promotion. General eligibility conditions include:

Where bonus abuse is identified, cgk22 reserves the right to void all associated bonus winnings, remove the bonus balance, and close the account.

5.4 Promotion Modification and Withdrawal

cgk22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already qualified, cgk22 will honour the bonus already credited but is not obligated to offer equivalent future promotions.

6 User Obligations

As a registered player on cgk22, you agree to use the platform in a responsible, lawful, and respectful manner at all times. The following obligations apply to your use of all cgk22 services.

6.1 Prohibited Conduct

You must not, at any time:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time when interacting with cgk22.
• Use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to cgk22 or other players.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise gain unauthorised access to any part of the cgk22 platform or its underlying systems.
• Use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform outside of normal manual user interaction.
• Engage in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploit any error, bug, or technical malfunction in the platform software for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from an exploited technical error are not valid and will be voided.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse cgk22 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempt to launder money or use cgk22 accounts for any financial transaction not related to genuine gaming activity.

6.2 Responsible Gaming Obligations

cgk22 encourages all players to engage with our platform in a controlled and responsible manner. As a player, you agree to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on your account — including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion — if you believe that your gaming behaviour is becoming problematic. 6.3 Communication Standards

All communications with cgk22 staff — whether via live chat, email, or any other channel — must be conducted in a courteous and professional manner. cgk22 reserves the right to terminate any communication and take further account action where a player engages in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language directed at any staff member.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

cgk22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe
• Discovery that the account holder is or was under the age of 18 at the time of registration
• Suspected multi-accounting or bonus abuse
• Account activity that triggers anti-money-laundering review obligations
• Player request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion)
• Prolonged account inactivity (see clause 7.1 below)

7.1 Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if the player has not logged in and conducted any real-money activity for a continuous period of 12 months. cgk22 will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder via the registered email address prior to applying an inactivity fee or closing the account. An inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month may be applied to dormant accounts after the initial 12-month inactive period, deducted from the remaining account balance. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed.

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your cgk22 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before processing a closure request, cgk22 will confirm your identity and settle any pending transactions. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following successful identity verification. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

cgk22 provides a formal self-exclusion programme for players who wish to restrict their own access to the platform for a defined period or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, cgk22 will take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration by the excluded player.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cgk22 and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the cgk22 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or network interruptions
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain credential security
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, odds, or content displayed on the cgk22 platform
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard
• Decisions made by cgk22 in good faith under these Terms that result in account restriction or fund withholding pending investigation

8.1 Maximum Liability Cap

Where cgk22 is found liable for any direct loss under applicable law, cgk22's maximum aggregate liability to you in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your cgk22 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.2 Platform Availability

cgk22 aims to maintain platform availability of 99.9% measured on a monthly basis. However, we do not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, and scheduled maintenance, emergency patches, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. cgk22 will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned maintenance windows to registered players in advance.

8.3 Third-Party Content

Game content on cgk22 is provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. While cgk22 partners exclusively with reputable, internationally certified studios, cgk22 is not responsible for errors, interruptions, or technical faults within third-party game software. Disputes relating to a specific game outcome should be directed to cgk22 support, who will liaise with the relevant game studio on your behalf.

8.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

8.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the cgk22 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and cgk22 in relation to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
